+ May 03, 2021 AS HE bid the men and women of the Philippine National Police (PNP) farewell ahead of his retirement, General Debold Sinas urged the continuation of the weight reduction program.
During his last press conference as the PNP chief on Monday, May 3, Sinas said police officers must remain physically fit to be able to perform their duties and responsibilities better.

Although the offer of 23.32 lakh kg for Sale 17 of the auction of Coonoor Tea Trade Association (CTTA) was the highest for any auction so far this calendar, increased demand helped as much as 19.84 lakh kg of this offer (87 per cent) to be sold despite the average price rising to ₹ 117.48 a kg from previous week’s ₹114.53.
This resulted in the overall earnings to rise to ₹23.31 crore from ₹15.78 crore, marking a growth of ₹7.53 crore or 47.72 per cent in just one week.
“Pascoes Woodlands Green tea topped the entire auctions this week when Radhika Traders bought it for ₹300 a kg”, Ravichandran Broos, General Manager, Paramount Tea Marketing (SI) P Ltd., who auctioned this tea, told

A new Dick Frizzell print will be auctioned this week to raise money for the Hawke s Bay Cancer Society. Every year the Hawke s Bay Cancer Society produces a T-shirt with a New Zealand artist to sell as a Daffodil Day fundraiser.
This year legendary New Zealand artist Dick Frizell is on board, creating a new design for the T-shirt as well as signing the first new print for auction.
The Rolling Stone musician is selling a collection of dresses designed by his late partner L Wren Scott under the hammer to raise funds for fashion scholarship.
